The 120th Annual Ruthin Flower Show and Grand Carnival will take place this year in Ruthin on Saturday 19th July 2008.
The day begins with the Grand Carnival of Decorated Floats, Bands, Majorettes and Carnival Queens parading through the streets of
Ruthin, commencing at 11.00 a.m. from Ysgol Brynhyfrd School.
The Ruthin Flower Show will officially open at 12.30 p.m. at our new venue for 2008, the Ruthin Farmers Auction Site in Ruthin.

"So much more than just a Flower Show"

In addition to the large Horticultural Show, the 2006 show boasted an excellent
Craft Fair with many exhibitors, a Vintage and Classic Car Show, Shetland Pony
Competitions, Visiting Queens, Majorettes, a Funfair, Barbeque, Circus Workshops,
Magic Shows by Marie Caldwell, Belly Dancers, a Reptile Stand, stalls of all
descriptions and lots of entertainment for all ages. Details of the 2008 show
will be published as they become available.

• Stalls

• Visual Arts
• Photography
• Vintage and Classic Cars
• Vegetables and Flowers
• Shetland Ponies
• Circus Workshops
• Best Kept Gardens Competition
There is ample car parking available, a paddling pool for the children, food and refreshments will be available all day along
with a Barbeque by the local PTA, a tea tent and a beer tent.
